This is the original version of The Universal Manifestation Theory as it was written by Tim Impens between 2010 and 2012. After more than a decade keeping it to himself to experiment with it, this theory was finally put in his book “The Holy Grail To Manifest” that was published by the end of 2023.

His intention was finding scientific proof of the original Law Of Attraction as it was presented in multiple books and videos over a long period of time, for example as seen in the popular movie “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. What was found was something way bigger, something Tim himself didn’t expect and might reveal a whole lot more about life itself and all of its secrets.

It’s by experimenting with his own theory that Tim managed to learn different skills in a short period of time and started to get recognized in his environment as a person with multiple “talents”. Artwork, video and graphic designer, researcher, professional music producer, DJ, mixing and mastering engineer, photographer, songwriter, 3D developer, webdesigner, online marketeer, concept and content creator, entrepreneur and last not least writer of his own book and theory.

Proof & Science (short list)

Tim Impens connected some dots and found some missing links that weren’t made yet in the past, combining the following elements of our human features, already accepted and known scientific facts, common sense, and the obvious behavior of all things in our universe:

  • Einstein’s theory of Quantum Entanglement.
  • Natural laws and the cycles of life, already accepted by mainstream science.
  • Undeniable facts, common sense and logic.
  • The fact that all forms of energy reach a certain peak (or “event“) at certain points in time.
  • Waves, peaks, ups & downs, the movement of particles, etc.
  • The presence and purpose of “Time” itself.
  • Supported by history, old beliefs, religions, and ancient knowledge about the balance of life.

That’s sounds unreal, what are the basic principles of this new theory? What is most important and why should anyone believe this?

  1. It sounds crazy, and explaining this so that everyone can understand is a big task, but the main focus should be on the behavior of every single particle in this universe (that also includes our bodies, our brains, and even our thoughts, emotions and visualizations that are also part of the same divided source), that combined with the natural cycles of life that we see all around us. The fact that everything in life has an opposite form of energy and that everything follows a certain wave, is in non-stop movement between these 2 opposite states of energy, and that everything in life likes to grow, expand, shift, shrink, flourish, transform, etc. before reaching a moment in time when a shift occurs. The theory is based on this particle behavior described by Albert Einstein, and compared to our human emotion shifts, and according to Tim’s theory, also leading towards certain events in our lives, just like we see patterns in nature itself with some special “events” over time, mostly repeating patterns.

  2. Once we understand that, we can take a look at these energy peaks (events), which are nothing more than the final stages of a cycle, the final stage after an energy build up between the 2 opposite forms of energy took place, something we see all around us. Cycles within cycles, this is a natural thing and a feature that can be observed all over the planet and throughout the entire universe.

    Just like the energy buildup before an earthquake takes place, a tornado is formed, a solar flare erupts, Tim compares this behavior of life itself to our emotion shifts and the events that take place afterwards, both small and big events, from drinking a cup of coffee to the birth of a child, from the movement during sexual intercourse to the cycle of life and death.

    Here are some other examples:
    – Relationships are formed, or the first kiss takes place, after a period of attraction and rejection, moving back and forward towards that “event”. Both happiness, anxiety, stress, curiosity, all of these emotions will shift between each other during the manifestation process, the buildup towards that special moment. These emotions can’t be felt at the same time, that’s why time exists, so we can experience both opposite forms of energy, both states of emotions. Once the energy buildup is done, we have an “experience”, the desired outcome of our first thought, dream or wish.

    – A persons biggest hope and biggest fear can both reach a peak right before receiving test results (the strength of the emotions during the buildup cycle depends on the amount of emotional energy the person put into this first thought and is based on our personal perspective of what is important and what isn’t). When the cycle ends, when both emotions can no longer increase in strength, that’s when in this case the test results are received and the pressure is released. The cycle is finished and replaced by an “experience”. That experience will then trigger new cycles and “life” does its thing once again, your journey continues.

    The moments we win or achieve something, the moments we have a breakdown or something like that, are the most obvious events and the most easy to see, we can recognize that the emotion shifts were there, and lead us to key moments. But according to Tim’s theory, this actually happens with every thought we make, that every thought starts a manifestation process which is nothing more than 2 energies that are being created in the time frame between the thought and the manifestation of that thought (the event). Even if a thought is unimportant, small or not even worth mentioning, a cycle is created with two forms of energy leading towards something. Every action has a reaction, and thoughts create emotion shifts, and these emotion shifts move towards an event.

  3. The next piece of the puzzle is all about the driving force, the force that sets the direction, keeps the course, and makes sure that everything happens at the right time during the manifestation process so that the end “goal”, or “experience” can be achieved. For example, when you plant a tree in a proper manner, it’s still life itself that will make sure that tree gets enough sunlight and rain (while shifting over time) so that the tree can grow. What it basically comes down to is that there must be a starting point, an end goal, but also something in between that keeps the manifestation process going. But in this case, we’re talking about life itself that makes sure that the right elements show up at the right time, but what if “you” are the creator of something… Ok, so we know that we also have this “power of creation” on a smaller scale, but what is the driving force during the manifestation process of something that we created on our timeline? The answer is our belief, spoken about for centuries, but maintaining our belief is what’s necessary keep a manifestation process going. The second we change our belief, we basically pull the tree out of the ground and plant another one somewhere else, at least that seems to be the case. There is always a trigger, whether we’re talking about life itself or our own creations, something is set in motion and life does its thing from that point forward without second guessing it. It appears that we can be both the creator and the destroyer, that will be made clear in the following step.

  4. Yes, we build and destroy, that’s what we do as human beings. Last but not least, you’ll see how you can disrupt the cycle (or the manifestation process of a thought you want to come true), this is what Tim calls the the interference, or interfering forces.

    Let’s summarize before we continue:
    We create something based on a thought, 2 opposite energies are created in the form of emotions, both states of emotions increase in strength towards the manifestation of that first thought, and when they can no longer increase in strength after a period of emotion shifts, that’s when a manifestation is brought into reality and provides us with an experience. This all while “belief” is maintained along the journey.

    Now here’s where it can go wrong… a second thought that is more powerful than the first thought will also create a new belief, that belief replaces the first belief and a new cycle begins, the first manifestation process is stopped and replaced, there will be no “event” or experience based on the first thought, the desired wish, dream or simple thought won’t be brought into reality. From that point on, you’re on a new back-and-forward cycle towards a new manifestation. This is how people can end up in a negative spiral towards depressions and more, when new bad believes are created over and over without any positive outcome, people literally destroy their own dreams.

Ok, please make it simple and easy to understand…

Transforming a thought into reality…

1. What happens each time we think, try to create something, or attempt to manifest something into our reality?

When a thought is made, not one, but 2 states of emotions are created between the moment the thought is made and the manifestation of that thought, no matter how small these forms of emotions are, they’re both there. These are the emotion shifts we all have and encounter on a daily basis.

These 2 emotional states are opposites from each other. See it as good and bad, up and down, warm and cold, happiness and sadness, joyful and depressed, big and small, satisfied and disappointed, etc. Just like everything in our universe has two sides.

  • Why is that?
    Nothing in the universe can exist without its opposite, what’s created new… will also have an opposite. We are all part of the same divided source and that is already accepted by mainstream science. We’re all stardust, pieces of the big bang as they call it. We are created from the same energy so we also follow the same universal laws and principles.

    The moment we think, we create something that didn’t exist before the moment the thought was made, that’s what our human minds can do. We literally are “creators” and that’s a fact, every material thing around us was created from someone’s mind, that’s what we do on this planet, we invent, we adapt, we respond, and we create. To refer to religion, weren’t we created in the image of God as the Bible puts it? That aside, let’s continue…

  • How can this scientifically be proven, and why 2 opposite emotional states?
    Let’s take a look at Albert Einstein’s theory of Quantum Entanglement. Einstein found out that when a particle is cut into 2 pieces, both pieces stay connected to each other no matter what the distance between them is or becomes. Furthermore, both pieces move and act in opposite ways while still having all the characteristics of the original particle before it was cut. Einstein himself called this “spooky action or communication at distance” and was put aside because it clashed with his other findings and his theory of relativity.

    Now, apply that phenomenon to the big bang and the fact that we’re all pieces of stardust, part of something that’s already been divided trillions of time, while knowing that “as long as there’s something, it can be divided”, and each time something’s cut or divided, two new opposite forms of energies are formed acting in opposite ways… This explains the balance of life and why everything has two sides, even if Einstein didn’t link his theory of Quantum Entanglement to this concept of the balance of life which is spoken about for centuries. The knowledge was there all along, it’s as clear as daylight. Everything that exists has an opposite, what’s created new, will also have an opposite. Thoughts and emotions are also a form of energy, not materialism, but they’re also part of the “whole” that we’ve come from, just in another form, just like weather patterns and the ocean tides are totally different from each other, but they also follow a pattern with ups and downs, pressure buildups, and also certain “events” or energy releases or peaks.

  • I never noticed that… why aren’t we more aware of this?
    Most of the time, these emotion shifts are so subtle that you’ll never notice them if you’re not paying attention to them, let alone if you’re not aware of this happening… and we’re used to it. On the other side, we totally understand the principle of “no pain, no gain”, which is basically the same. The bigger your desires, the bigger the struggles that will show up… But truth is, this happens non-stop, even in the smallest forms.

    For example: If you have a last minute thought to go to the store on an evening, with your mind set to buy the ingredients for your favorite meal, that’s a nice thought that generates pleasant emotions, and then you take action… you go to the store. Between the moment that thought was made and you eating that meal, you will have also experienced the opposite emotions, same strength but from the other side of the spectrum, maybe impatience, maybe pressure or frustration in the store, and so on. The more energy you put in that first thought, the bigger the opposite emotions will also be before the thought becomes manifested.

    Another example: We all know the feeling of thinking that we’re going to win something, let’s use playing a football game in this example. You got your mind set on winning for weeks, once in a while some worries show up, but during the game itself, these emotions in the shifts get bigger, perhaps when the other team takes the lead at a certain point in time, the question is then… will you create a new belief that specific moment in time, or do you hang on to your original thought (and belief) and don’t stop the back an forward cycle that would eventually lead you towards the desired positive outcome? Or do you interfere and throw away your original belief because of a small setback while the manifestation process was actually just doing its thing? When a new belief is created during the manifestation process of a previous one, the original disappears and you find yourself on another spiral, a new cycle or pattern, probably a negative one…


2. What happens after these 2 forms of energy are created…

“Time” and “Cycles” bend everything towards peak moments, which Tim calls “Events”, the points in time where energies reach their limit, when the maximum emotional output is reached on both sides of the spectrum. To go back to the example about preparing your favorite diner… When the desire to start eating and the impatience while cooking can no long increase in strength, the manifestation will take place, in this case the “event” is you eating that desired food, that’s the experience or manifestation that became reality. Later on we’ll talk about interfering thoughts that disrupt a cycle, for example, you stop cooking because you’re afraid you won’t have enough time to finish it before having to leave for your work, in that case you create a new “first thought” based on a new belief, you stop the cycle and create a new one… More about that later on.

What do we know about life? What can’t be denied, what are undeniable facts and what’s obvious once we look at it from another perspective…

The buildup of energy and the release of pressure in a volcanic eruption, the interaction of warm and cold air currents creating tornadoes, the dynamics during sexual intercourse, emotional fluctuations going up and down until a moment of depression or relief, periods of war followed by times of peace, inhalation and exhalation, pole shifts, the cycle of life and death itself, leaves growing and falling, the increasing power of solar flares and the subsequent energy release, the formation of steam, electric charge through motion, the rise and fall of ice ages, the rise and fall of empires, lunar cycles, kids hurting themselves while being to playful, and so on. The balance of life and the cycles are always present, similar to day and night and the rotation of the Earth, which creates two balanced sides with similar weather patterns and geographic similarities. 

There is always a significant event at the end of a cycle, after reaching a kind of energy peak.

When we observe the motion of two opposing forms of energy, actually the behavior of all energy in the universe, we notice that they love to increase in strength, literally everything in life aims for growth, expansion, or evolution, just as we do. This is what the universe does, and the only way to break or interrupt a cycle, is through the intervention of a greater force that has enough strength to change the course of something. Sometimes even literally, just like gravity from a planet can change an asteroids trajectory when passing by, even is this asteroid was on a cycle for millions of years.

But if a cycle isn’t interrupted, the two opposing forms of energy continue to increase in strength until the cycle is finished. So the movement, the shifts between those opposite energies, eventually stop at a ‘special moment’ or ‘event’. These events are moments in time where a different kind of shift takes place. This shift occurs when a cycle is completed and happens only when the energy of both opposing forms of energy has built up to the maximum, to the point where the energy of the movement of both opposites can no longer be increased. This event is the moment of the experience, the larger shift, the visible reaction or answer from life itself (or invisible to the human eye), the point of awareness, the manifestation of a thought, the creation of the whole, the energy release, the result, the end product, the unity, the combination of positive and negative energy, the awakening, the confrontation, the rise of the phoenix, the acceptance, whatever what was created by the first thought. The movement of both opposites, followed by an event, can reveal the true life cycles, the true creative process behind the scenes, and the true structure of the universe. Some examples can make this less complex… 

When a person’s fear of failure and desire for success reach their peak levels almost simultaneously, like in the example above, just before the results of a test are announced, the event occurs. At that moment, when the greatest doubt and excitement are experienced almost simultaneously, the accumulated energy is released, precisely when the person receives the test results. Two opposing emotions have been created when the person thought about the test results, and these emotions increased in intensity leading up to the moment of ‘finding out the result.’ 

The only remaining question is what the result will be. ‘How can we know what to expect when we have experienced both emotional states?’ This is precisely what this theory will further explain. 

We had a thought, 2 emotions were created within a timeframe, how can we visualize what really happens from that point forward…

Just one more example before we continue…
People can explode in extreme anger when they have been bullied, ignored, or abused by others for an extended period. While going through such struggles in life, new thoughts and beliefs emerge. Such thoughts always evoke two opposing emotions, in this case, anger and love, the desire for or love of people who treat each other well. Both emotions intensify as thoughts or judgments are formed until the moment of energy release occurs. This event or energy release occurs when a person can no longer tolerate the negative emotions, while at the same time, the desire for change also reaches its peak. This is the moment when the person is too desperate and too fearful to remain silent, while at the same time, the desire for change also reaches an energy peak. When both extremes are reached, and the last emotional struggle can no longer be contained in the human body, that’s when the original thought is replaced by an experience; that’s when Pandora’s box is opened. This form of energy release can be linked to what happens in the world around us; we just need to look at people’s behavior during protests or revolutions, the pattern is there.

 3. What determines what the outcome is?

What do we know so far…

  1. Thoughts and emotions create reality
  2. All things are in movement, energy always moves from a point A to B.
  3. Energy builds up and is released over time.
  4. Everything takes time to grow, take form or expand.
  5. On this planet alone, we’ve got enough examples of peak moments or “events” (pressure release points) after a back and forward or up and down movement between 2 opposite forms of energies (waves, emotion shifts, …)
  6. Nothing can exist without the existence of its opposite, Albert Einstein helped us with this one…

OUR BELIEF IS THE ANSWER (always has been)

When belief is maintained during the whole cycle, believe in ourselves, the believe in our capabilities, even while experiencing the negative emotions along the way, that’s when the manifestation process of a thought will be completed and the ‘first thought’ will be manifested into our personal reality.

Actually, it’s like any other law in our universe, it must happen, just like you know that gravity will make sure that something falls to the ground once you drop something.
(If you put a large ventilator on the floor pointed upwards, you can interfere and the item won’t fall to floor… Once again, life does its thing until something ‘bigger’ comes in between that interferes.)

When belief in the first thought is dropped during the energy buildup towards the manifestation, a new first thought is created, a new desired emotion (good or bad) is being called for, and a new cycle is brought into your life, literally stopping the previous cycle. Most of the time, this happens when we experience fear or doubt along the way. Truth is, these emotions have to show up on your path, they’re just part of the emotion shifts towards your goal, the importance is… we have to go through it, we ‘can’t let it get in our heads’ like people say. When we embrace those emotions that are naturally part of the cycle we started ourselves, we continue towards the manifestation of our dream, idea, wish, etc., without creating a new belief. This is what shapes our character and makes us mentally strong, this is growing up, this is evolution, this is being human.

This is an image that shows what happens when “belief” in a first thought is dropped and a new (second) thought with a “new belief” is created. This is actually an example of someone with a negative thinking pattern on his way to depression, more disappointments and setbacks. When you keep creating a new negative cycle every time you feel some negative emotions (during the normal emotion shifts), you’ll never make it to the other side, the happy, successful, loving, or bright side of life.
